Remember your right to supplementary occupational health and safety training
As a member of the occupational health and safety organization, you have the right to supplementary occupational health and safety training to strengthen your skills and further develop your knowledge in the area of occupational health and safety. These training courses are important to ensure that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform your tasks as an effective participant in occupational health and safety work.
1st year of employment → 2 days of supplementary training
Subsequently → 1½ days of supplementary training
To ensure continuous competence development in the occupational health and safety organization, a competence development plan must be drawn up. This plan identifies the necessary skills and knowledge to be acquired, as well as the relevant training opportunities. By following this plan, both managers and employees can strengthen their competences and be better equipped to handle occupational health and safety challenges and ensure a healthy and safe working environment.
Both managers and employees have the right to participate in relevant training activities during this period to build their competences and contribute to occupational health and safety improvements in the workplace.
By utilizing the right to supplementary occupational health and safety training and focusing on competency development, the occupational health and safety organization can strengthen its knowledge, build expertise and create a culture focused on a safe and healthy working environment.
